  • Fully compliant CCIS case management system that is used by some of the largest Connexions services to send NCCIS data to the DCSF
  • ContactPoint integration to allow submission and retrieval of information on vulnerable children from within the IO system
  • Advanced Client Section that enables all the detailed contact information on the client for example; personal details, demographic information, health and additional support needs, to be recorded in one place but then brought together in a customised client dashboard
  • Custom Homepages to deliver diary, caseload, workflow or performance management information directly to those who need the information
  • User defined Assessment Module with the capability to handle multiple assessment frameworks
Assessments can be compared historically to provide a longitudinal analysis and evidence distance travelled with results produced in a range of graphical formats

IO's sophisticated database structure provides extensive links to a combination of client, organisation, contact, service, project and session records providing the basis for limitless reporting capabilities
  • Projects and Sessions module to help practitioners to plan and record thematic delivery programmes

Attendance, participation and outcomes can all be easily captured through the attendance wizard. This facility is particularly useful for recording which clients have attended a particular session and recording multiple histories for each member of the group with a single click

  • Active Services and Referrals module enabling users to create a directory of local services/providers which can then be automatically matched to a clients needs after the assessment
  • Vacancy management and Vacancy matching tools allowing users to record places available for training, work experience or employment against the organisation looking for a suitable candidate
  • Seamless Microsoft Outlook Integration to help reduce administration when opening and sending emails from either the staff/contact or clients page
  • Ability to generate, send, receive and store both emails and SMS messages in bulk via the Communications Module
  • Limitless reporting capabilities with either the use of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Crystal Reports. Users can be trained to interrogate the database with either of these tools to gain a true insight into the work they are delivering, and to shape future service provision
  • Electronic Documents Storage throughout the system to store evidence of work or consent etc and provide it back to users at the click of a button
